This is an advanced skill workshop designed as a continuation of “Suturing in a Real Midwifery Practice” (a mandatary prerequisite). It is for primary practitioners who want to learn a basic, simple approach to repair of third and fourth degree lacerations for rural settings, with emphasis on knowing and practicing within one’s own limitations and standard of practice. In this workshop attendees will recognize the need for advanced skills and practice in repairing third and fourth degree lacerations.
