Please join us for our next Cesarean, VBAC & CBAC support group. on November 10th, From 1-3 pm. Acorn Community Birth & Wellness in Fallbrook is generously hosting us. We are coming together to process and support each other, whether you recently experienced a cesarean birth, are planning a cesarean birth or a VBAC (vaginal birth after cesarean). We will spend time sharing our stories, processing and planning.
After we meet, the staff of Acorn will be graciously sharing the care options they offer for those birthing after a cesarean or recovering from as cesarean.
Babies in arms/worn are welcome. This event is free but please RSVP so we can plan for numbers.
