4-week series on Wednesday nights beginning April 3rd from 5:30 PM - 8:30 PM
Cost: $300 per birthing couple
Based upon Pam England's revolutionary childbirth books, welcome birth as a journey in an open, engaging, and relaxed environment. Explore birth through storytelling, music, poems, and the creation of birth art. Embrace and strengthen partner relationships, communication, and unity. Learn healthful nutrition beneficial through pregnancy, breastfeeding, and beyond. Become prepared for birth in any setting, including home, hospital, birth center, or in water. Understand and recognize the stages of labor, and various options available to you in birth. Discover new methods that open your mind/body and develop pain-coping ability. Nurture a deeper connection with your baby throughout your pregnancy and during birth. Celebrate the uniqueness of your experience, and the beauty of Birthing From WithinTM.
