Our birth center and midwives will be on Sabbatical for 2025. We will reopen for full scope maternity care services on November 3, 2025. We plan to begin accepting new client with due dates of January 2026 or later later on in the year.

Community-centered birth. It’s a term used to describe birth outside the hospital and attended by a community’s traditional birth attendants. At Acorn Community Birth and Wellness Center, we strive to bring these traditions back into our community by providing a safe place to honor the birth of our babies and providing evidence-based care to our birthing families. Our Licensed Midwives are skilled holistic-care providers that not only understand what normal physiologic birth looks like and how to support it, but truly have a heart for our community and seek to serve the diversity of our families with respect, compassion, and love.
Located in Fallbrook, California, our birth center is an easy drive for most of Southern Riverside and Northern San Diego Counties.
In addition to attending birth both in our birth center and at home, we also provide services such as prenatal/postpartum care, childbirth education, placental encapsulation, pre-conception counseling, reproductive wellness exams, and a variety of holistic therapies to support health and wellness during the childbearing years.
